GCP Consulting

Google Cloud Platform offers a wide range of services, and that breadth tends to make the first step harder rather than easier. Choosing correctly between services that do similar jobs, pricing models that look alike, and options that each carry their own operational burden is often more decisive than the migration itself.

This is where we work alongside you. We listen to your existing systems, your team's habits and your goals for the next year or two, and we produce a concrete architecture on GCP that answers them. Our aim is not to hand you a list of services; it is to talk through why we chose one, why we ruled out another, and what would have to change for that decision to be revisited.

What we cover together

• Reviewing your current architecture and mapping it onto GCP
• Designing the project, environment and billing structure
• Planning identity and access management (IAM), networking and security boundaries
• Forecasting cost and spotting the items that will drive it up
• The handover and training your team needs to take it on

For us consulting is not a report delivered once. We prefer to stay with you where the decisions meet reality, and to meet the surprises that show up under the first real load together.

We explain how we start a piece of work and how we finish it, step by step.

If you are not sure where to start, the first conversation is the easiest step. Get in touch and let us look at where you stand.
